The framework of this forum is to promote friendship, peace, and prosperity from the Mediterranean to the Gulf. This can be established through a religious and civilized dialogue with the purpose of protecting the nations and relations of different countries.
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis states that Philia forum is a good example for the cooperation between countries through this difficult time that the world is passing through.
During the forum, the participating Ministers will discuss the prospects of improving regional cooperation in a wide scale of issues of common interest by adopting a positive approach. It will also consider methods for more efficient cooperation in efforts to conquer the COVID-19 pandemic and its wider repercussions. Besides the forum, Mr. Christodoulides will hold separate meetings with his counterparts where he will be able to discuss issues of bilateral interest.
