Sara Kira
Sara Kira is the founder and director of the European North African Center of Research (EUNACR). Kira is an international relations expert with expertise in geopolitics. She is a multidisciplinary researcher holding several degrees in international negotiation, african studies, and she is a certified trainer affiliated with the Universal Periodic Review and the UN Human Rights System. Kira also integrated the National Defense College in Egypt, and obtained a diploma in defense and national security.
Kira has several articles published in Egyptian magazines and newspapers with focus on war on terrorism, the war in Libya, democratic transitions, sustainable development, and European affairs. She is a frequent commentator in the media bringing hundreds of political analyses to comment on Europe’s affairs and geostrategic states of interest for Egypt. She also attended in a number of international conferences.
Kira holds an MA in international relations from CEU-San Pablo University of Madrid in Spain. Her thesis is entitled “Geopolitical Changes of the Middle East and its effect on Egypt from 2011-2015).She also attended and participated in a number of international conferences.

Dr. Javier Porras Belarra

He is lecturer in EU Law, International Public Law and International Relations at CEU San Pablo University and Researcher at the Royal University Institute for European Studies.
Member of the European Law Moot Court Society (ELMC), the Spanish Association of Professors of International Law and International Relations (AEPDIRI); member of the European Society of International Law (ESIL) and member of the Spanish Academic Society of Competition Law (RADC).
Dr. Porras is also involved in several projects for the Spanish Ministry of Economy, the Spanish Foreign Office and the European Commission (concerning Inversions and trade relations between China and Europe and Climate Change and Energy). He has also participated in public services projects for some southern American countries.

Engy Magdy
Engy Magdy is a renowned journalist with focus on USA internal affairs and Middle East. Engy holds M.A in Media and mass communication from Cairo University. She has received the Award of Catholic Press Association of United States & Canada (2020).
Engy is a fellow of Dag Hammarskjöld Fund for Journalists at United Nations, New York (2019). She has also worked as a TV Presenter.
Engy’s publications include; Book “The Image of Arab Presidents in The Western Press”. Master’s thesis: “Framing of Arab Presidents in the western press during the years 2010-2012”. Cairo University, June 2018.
As a journalist for more than 13 years, she covered several major events; United Nation General Assembly, the ministerial meetings of Tokyo International Conference for Africa Development, German federal elections and NATO summit. Also, she conducted interviews with a prominent officials and politicians, including Ministers of Foreign Affairs.
Engy has attended various workshops, such as “data journalism” with Tahrir Loung and RNTS in cooperation with Arab Data Journalists’ Network. Workshop on “Audio Storytelling through Podcasts”- The American University in Cairo.
Dr Eman Zahran
Dr Eman is a specialist in international relations and regional security issues, she works in the commercial corps and the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Dr Eman is also a lecturer of political science at a number of universities in Cairo and private academies, and Al-Zaytoonah University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Dr Eman is also an academic supervisor for a number of training programs and workshops in each of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at the University Cairo and the embassies of Denmark, Sweden and Spain in Cairo, and a former member of the Political Science Committee of the Supreme Council for Culture. She cooperates as well with a number of research centers and Egyptian, regional and international think tanks. She has a number of academic literature in the field of international relations and regional security issues, the most recent of which is a book entitled “Climate Change and Regional Conflict. ” Water in the Middle East “, and another entitled:” Water Determinant as a Mechanism of Conflict in the Arab East “, in addition to many academic refereed studies published in Egyptian, regional and international periodicals.
Carlos Sentis
Carlos is founder and CEO of the World Impact Alliance, Henkuai 中西互利 (West China Relations consultancy) and Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum. Carlos is also Artificial Intelligence World Society Young Leader with Boston Global Forum, Young European Leader by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China Tourism Ambassador by the Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Sentis is also a Member of the European Chamber of Commerce in China and lecturer at IE Business School, IE University, Fransico de Vitoria University, Carlos III Master in International Business Administration, CEU University and others. Carlos speaks fluently Spanish, English and Mandarin Chinese. Sentis holds a bachelor degree in Information Sciences and Global Advanced Management Program by IE Business School. Carlos is 31 years old and has 12 years working experience in consultancy, international relations and communication.
Ayat AbdelAziz
Ayat is a Political researcher, policy analyst and development practitioner with ten years of experience in social and political research & analysis; policy advice; design and execution of capacity building programs; and management & coordination of development projects. Between 2010 and 2015, she worked as a political researcher at the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC), the Egyptian Cabinet, where she was involved in conducting research and writing policy documents on national security issues in Egypt. She graduated in 2009 from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University with a bachelor degree in Political Science. In 2013, she earned a post graduate diploma in African Studies from the Institute of African Research and Studies, Cairo University, whereas in 2017, she completed her master’s degree in international development with a special focus on Governance and State‐building in Africa at the International Development Department (IDD), University of Birmingham. Her thesis was on the role of women in countering violent extremism and terrorism in northeast Nigeria. Her research interests and areas of expertise are focused on the study of radicalization and violent extremism especially among women; security governance; post conflict reconstruction and development activities and the role of women in it; the interplay between organized crime and terrorism and finally women, peace and security agenda.
Asimwe John
Asimwe John Ishabairu has over 9 year’s track record as a researcher and advocacy manager in various capacities. She has worked as researcher for different projects all focusing on understanding the functionality of the Parliament of Uganda which exposed her in Parliamentary systems and procedures specifically in the field of post legislative scrutiny. She has been instrumental in advocating for the strengthening of the oversight function of Parliament of Uganda. Her work with Africa Freedom of Information Centre exposed to her to the Human Rights mechanisms specifically freedom of expression and access to information. She has been involved in the shadow reporting and status of implementation of access to information in different African countries. She has coordinated the shadow reporting on the status of SDG 16.10.2 implementation in South Africa, Tunisia, Sierra Leone, Rwanda and Ivory Coast for presentation during the High Level Political Forum 2019.
Aly Shaheen
Mr. Aly Shaheen graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Public and International Law (Political Science) from the American University in Cairo in 2015. Since his graduation, Mr Shaheen found himself in Digital Transformation.
